The Parish Council's Annual Parish Assembly to which all residents are warmly invited. There will be a presentation on the Village Hall and Pavilion, the opportunity for you to draw matters to the Council's attention and a talk by our Guest Speaker Police Staff Inspector Anna Presswell of the Hampshire Police CountryWatch Team. All this followed by cheese and wine! Please do come along.

Anna Presswell is a Police Staff Investigator (PSI) working within the CountryWatch team. Anna is based at Bishops Waltham and primarily covers the East of Hampshire. She has been an investigator with the force since 2013 and moved to the CountryWatch team in January 2018 to specialise in issues affecting rural communities. Working to support the work of the officers on the team, Anna has the responsibility of liaising with neighbouring forces to share intelligence, and manages all aspects of criminal investigations. This includes assisting with warrants and arrests, gathering evidence, interviewing suspects and bringing cases to court. Anna has a particular interest in tackling wildlife persecution and habitat destruction.
